Free Outdoor Multisports Sessions

by Wilmslow Town Council

Wilmslow Town Council is funding free outdoor Multisports sessions for a second year. The sessions, open to children aged 7–13 years, will run from 27 April through to the end of the summer.

Delivered by qualified coaches from Macclesfield FC Community Trust, a wide range of fun, inclusive sports activities will be available at Lacey Green Park and Gravel Lane Play Area (The Pleasure).

Free indoor Multi-sports sessions at Wilmslow Parish Hall will also continue on Thursdays from 4pm – 5pm, during term time only.

All sessions are led by experienced, professional coaches who provide a supportive and encouraging environment for children of all abilities.

The sessions are free to attend, with no pre-booking required. Children can simply turn up on the day with a drink and suitable clothing.

Wilmslow Town Mayor, Councillor Sally Harrison, said, “We’re delighted to bring these free outdoor Multisports sessions back to Wilmslow for a second summer. They’re a fantastic way for young people to stay active, have fun, and spend time with friends while learning new skills.”
