A quarter page space is allocated for each submission. Articles are limited to 250 words plus one photograph or graphic.
For any photographs or graphics, it is the responsibility of the submitter to ensure permission is granted from the subject(s) of articles and photographs sent to Post Newspapers for inclusion in print and online. You must also ensure that you have permission for third party usage in print and online.
Please note: the content deadline is the 7th of the month with each issue published on the 1st Thursday of the following month.
