Volunteer

I understand it is the responsibility of the volunteer to take care when lifting newspapers from the ground e.g. bend from the knees and only lift the volume you can comfortably manage at any one time. It is the responsibility of the volunteer to decide how many newspapers they can comfortably carry at any one time. 

I understand it is important that volunteers do not take any risks while delivering Post Newspapers. Volunteers should not go out to deliver in poor or dangerous weather conditions, especially icy conditions. It is the responsibility of the volunteer to decide whether they can safely deliver newspapers.

I understand that I can change the volume of newspapers I receive to deliver or cease volunteering at any time by emailing Post Newspapers.
