Post Newspapers is running a competition for local residents to have their photograph featured in a 2027 calendar.
The calendar will feature photographs from across all eight areas that are currently covered by Post Newspapers and will be sold via our website and at local events. As a profit-for-purpose organisation, all funds raised will contribute to the continued running of Post Newspapers.
If you have a photograph of a local greenspace, heritage building, monument, place of interest or wildlife taken in Stockport, Manchester, Trafford, Salford, Bolton, Bury, Wigan or Cheshire East, send it in to us by 10 October 2026 for the chance to have it published in the 2027 Post Newspaper calendar.
We are particularly looking for photographs taken across different seasons.
The winners will have their photograph included in the printed calendar and will be listed as the photographer.
