Food lovers are in for a treat as some of the North West’s most talented culinary stars prepare to take to the stage at this year’s Bolton Food and Drink Festival.
The festival’s Regional Chefs Theatre will showcase a packed programme of free live demonstrations from acclaimed chefs, bakers, hospitality professionals and food influencers across the four-day event.
The line-up includes celebrated chef Michael Caines, television favourite Kwoklyn Wan, award-winning chef Simon Wood, and returning festival favourite Andrew George, alongside a host of regional talent.
Visitors will have the chance to pick up expert tips, discover new recipes and watch some of the region’s leading culinary names in action.
The demonstrations will run throughout the festival weekend, offering visitors the opportunity to hear from established chefs, rising culinary stars and passionate food experts from across the region.
Cllr Debbie Newall, Bolton Council’s Executive Cabinet Member for Culture, said:
“The regional chefs are always popular at Bolton Food and Drink Festival, and this year’s programme features an outstanding mix of well-known names and exciting local talent.
“Whether you’re a keen home cook, an aspiring chef or simply love great food, there will be plenty of inspiration on offer across the four days.”
The Regional Chefs Theatre forms part of a wider festival programme featuring celebrity chef demonstrations, artisan traders, family entertainment, live music and a packed schedule of food and drink experiences.
