Provided by Change Grow Live, Be Smoke Free offers free stop smoking support for anyone aged 12 and over who lives in Manchester or is registered with a Manchester GP.
Our experienced, nurse-led team provides personalised support to help you quit in a way that works for you. You’ll receive a 30-minute assessment by phone, video call or face-to-face, followed by regular support for up to 12 weeks.
There’s no need to visit your GP or get a prescription. We provide a range of free quit aids, including nicotine replacement therapy, stop smoking medications and vape starter kits, with home delivery available.
Our advisors take a friendly, non-judgemental approach, helping you create a personalised quit plan and supporting you every step of the way.
